Bruker Alicona is part of the Bruker family of companies, a provider of high-performance metrology solutions for science and industry. We develop, produce and distribute optical 3D measurement technology worldwide. To strengthen the Bruker Alicona family, we are looking for a Service & Support Engineer (m/f/d) for Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland, Hessen or Baden-Württemberg. 
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• prompt repair, servicing and calibration of measuring systems at the customer's site
• analyze and solve our customers' problems independently and on their own authority, determine which spare parts are needed and work closely with all areas of our company
• collaboration in our dynamic and highly motivated service team
• create and control support documents in order to be able to present a stronger front to customers together
   

MUST HAVES

• Knowledge and/or experience in the field of measurement technology, service/support, field service or you strongly identify with these tasks
• Confident handling of Windows operating systems and MS Office; experience with Salesforce is an advantage
• High level of service and customer orientation with an interest in finding technical solutions
• Very good communication skills in German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage
• The ability to tackle and solve complex technical tasks
• High willingness to travel (approx. 80%), company car also for private use will be provided, business trips will be organized for you in an uncomplicated and centralized manner
• Occasional business trips abroad
• Class B driver's license incl. driving experience
