Roughness Measurement with a Single Click
➔ New Feature for FocusX; optional for µCMM and InfiniteFocus G6
Experience the fastest and easiest way to measure profile surface roughness. With the new Quick Access Menu, simply press the profile roughness measurement button, focus on your sample in the live view, and click start. In moments, you’ll have a detailed profile, profile path and a lot of roughness parameters. Add this data to your report, print it, save it, discard or use it for later measurements. Advanced users can make use of the advanced options menu: For example, by entering the tolerance, the software will automatically select the appropriate objective, LC filter value and profile length according to ISO standards

Automatic Round Tool Alignment
➔ New Feature for InfiniteFocus G6 with EdgeMeasurementPackage
You have an InfiniteFocus G6 with EdgeMeasurementPackage and a AdvancedReal3DUnit? Perfect! With the Automatic Round Tool Alignment you will be able to plan critical measurement positions for edge rounding directly on the tool's CAD model. Clamp the tool, start the automatic round tool alignment process, and let the system automatically align the tool with the CAD data.
This feature uses an optical sensor, an automated objective turret, and advanced software to align the cutting edge. The 3D measurements and analyses are then performed at the CAD-defined positions, ensuring precise and efficient results.

PMI Profile of a Surface & CAD Deviation Improvements
