YOUR TASKS:

• Implementation and support of the company's own training and further education catalogue
• Introduction and implementation of individual personnel measures
• Implementation of HR strategies, processes, initiatives and goals
• Representation of the company at relevant events and trade fairs
• Supporting and handling the entire recruitment process
• Collaboration with HR consultants and other external service providers
• Coordination of all areas of onboarding
• Support with administrative tasks in the HR area such as data maintenance, preparation of analyses and documents, support with employee concerns, etc.

MUST HAVES

• Completed commercial training (HAK, HLW etc.), as well as HR-specific training/further training
• Several years of experience in HR
• Excellent knowledge of labour law
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and experience in using BMD NTCS (an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Enjoyment and experience in dealing with social media
• High self-motivation in the implementation of all HR topics
• Confident demeanour and high social competence
• Loyal personality with communication and organisational skills
